- 1 napa cabbage also known as Chinese cabbage
- 2 apples Gala or another sweet variety
- 1 banana
- 250 g yogurt plain and preferably full-fat
- In a large salad bowl, mix the yoghurt and maple syrup.
- Dice the apples and banana into small chunks. Slice the cabbage into narrow, bite-sized strips.
- Add the chopped fruits and vegetables to the salad bowl and mix together.
