- Cut the fennel in half lengthwise, then slice into thin strips across the fibers using a sharp knife or a mandolin.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small salad bowl to make the dressing.
- Add the fennel to the bowl, mix with the dressing and put it in the fridge for about an hour for the flavors to come together.
