- 60 mL gin
- 37 ½ mL elderflower liqueur
- 37 ½ mL grapefruit juice freshly squeezed and strained
- rhubarb bitters 2 dashes
- grapefruits 1 peel for garnish
- Place 5 or 6 square ice cubes into a rocks glass. Pour in the gin, coating the ice. Add in the elderflower liqueur and fresh grapefruit juice. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
