Ingredients

60 mL gin
37 ½ mL elderflower liqueur
37 ½ mL grapefruit juice freshly squeezed and strained
rhubarb bitters 2 dashes
grapefruit 1 peel for garnish

Instructions

Place 5 or 6 square ice cubes into a rocks glass. Pour in the gin, coating the ice. Add in the elderflower liqueur and fresh grapefruit juice. Stir to combine.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
